FEX Scout (“we,” “us”) runs this website to collect requests for final expense insurance information and share them with licensed insurance agents. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Information you enter: your name, email, phone number, age, address, health and tobacco answers, coverage interest, best time to call, and spouse’s first name and age.
- Basic technical information: the page you came from, ad campaign tags in the link you clicked, your browser type, and the date and time of your request.
- Your agreement to be contacted, including the exact wording you agreed to and when.
How we use and share it
We share your information with one or more licensed insurance agents or agencies in your area so they can contact you, deliver your free planner and discuss final expense insurance. Those agents may pay us for your request. Once an agent receives your information, their use of it is governed by their own privacy practices.
We may also use your information to keep records of your request and consent, to prevent fraud, and to comply with the law. We do not sell your information to unrelated marketers.
Cookies and advertising
We may use tools such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how well our ads work. These tools may set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Your choices
- To stop text messages, reply STOP to any text.
- To ask an agent to stop calling, tell them during the call and they must add you to their do-not-call list.
- To ask us to stop sharing or to delete your information, email info@fexscout.com.
How long we keep it
We keep request and consent records for as long as needed for our business and legal recordkeeping, then delete them.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or storage system is completely secure.
Children
This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
